VMC1580 This product is an X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct-connected control semi-closed loop vertical machining center. The xyZ axis is a roller linear guide rail with large load, wide span and high precision. The XYZ direction is 45MM heavy load. The structure and overall dimension are compact and reasonable. The main shaft is driven by servo motor through synchronous belt. It can realize the one-time clamping of various complicated parts such as plates, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc., and can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, rigid tapping, etc. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties, small and medium-sized batch products, and can meet the processing of complex and high-precision parts. The fourth rotating shaft can be selected to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
