2. Drag the system
The three axis guide rail pair adopts imported rolling linear guide rail, which has small dynamic and static friction force, high sensitivity, small vibration at high speed, no crawling at low speed, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improves the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool.
The three axis servo motor is directly connected with the high precision ball screw through the elastic coupling, reducing the intermediate links, realizing no clearance transmission, flexible feeding, accurate positioning and high transmission accuracy.
Z axis servo motor with automatic lock function, in the case of power failure, can automatically lock the motor shaft to hold tight, so that it can not rotate, play a role in safety protection.
3. The spindle group
The main shaft group is produced by Taiwan professional manufacturer, with high precision and high rigidity. Bearing P4 class spindle special bearings, the whole set of spindle assembly under constant temperature conditions, after the completion of the dynamic balance correction and running test, improve the whole set of spindle service life and high reliability.
The spindle can realize stepless speed regulation in its speed range, the spindle is controlled by the motor built-in encoder, which can realize the spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
4. The knife library
The robot tool library is installed on the side of the column. The cutter head is driven and positioned by the roller CAM mechanism when changing the tool. After the spindle reaches the tool change position, the manipulator tool change device (ATC) completes the knife return and knife feeding.
5. Cutting cooling system
Equipped with large flow cooling pump and large capacity water tank, fully ensure the circulation cooling, cooling pump power: 0.48kW, pressure: 3bar.
The headstock face is equipped with cooling nozzles, which can be either water or air cooled and can be switched at will. The cooling process can be controlled by M code or control panel.
Equipped with air cleaning gun for cleaning machine tools.
6. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic triplet can filter the impurities and moisture in the air source to prevent the damage and corrosion of the machine tool parts. The solenoid valve group is controlled by PLC program to ensure that the spindle loose knife, the spindle center blowing, the spindle clamping knife, the spindle air cooling and other actions can be completed quickly and accurately.
7. Lubricating system
Guide rail and ball screw are automatically lubricated by centralized thin oil. Each node is equipped with quantitative oil distributor, which is timed and quantified to lubricated parts to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce friction resistance, improve motion accuracy, and ensure the service life of ball screw and guide rail.
8. Machine tool protection
The machine adopts safety protection room, which not only prevents the splashing of coolant, but also ensures the safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the inside of the machine tool and prevent the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
9. Chip removal system (optional)
The Y axis split protective structure makes the iron chips produced in the processing process fall directly onto the bed, and the large inclined structure inside the bed makes the iron chips slide smoothly to the chain plate of the chain chip discharge device at the bottom of the machine tool. The chain plate is driven by the chip discharge motor, and the chips are transported to the chip discharge car.
Chain chip discharging device has large conveying capacity, low noise, overload protection device, safe and reliable operation, can be used for a variety of materials of debris and coil.
