DRP-SD series Tunnel oven

The function of tunnel furnace (assembly line oven) is to continuously bake the products that need to be baked on the assembly line to improve production efficiency. The shell of the product is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the inner liner is made of brushed or mirror stainless steel plate, the surface of the box shell is covered with environmental protection paint, and the shell and inner liner are filled with aluminum silicate fiber to form a reliable thermal insulation layer. The tunnel oven can be transported by Teflon or metal mesh belt. The heater is installed in the top air duct (or both sides of the air duct), and can be adjusted freely at room temperature~200 ℃. The door curtain is sealed by silicon rubber strip. The far-infrared heating technology promoted by the National Science and Technology Commission is adopted. The far-infrared element can radiate more than 2~15 microns of far-infrared light after being heated. When it is absorbed by the heated object, it can be directly converted into heat energy, so as to achieve the effect of rapid drying, shorten the production cycle, save energy sources, and improve product quality.
