16.There is an automatic chip removal device in the middle of the machine bed. The chain plate chip conveyor discharges the iron chips under the spindle to the chain plate type chip conveyor at the back of the bed. After the chain plate type chip conveyor is lifted, the iron chips are collected into the chip collection In the car, the residual heat on the iron filings is quickly taken away, and the precision of the machine tool is more stable.
17.The rear guide rail of the bed is stepped, with a low front and a high back, and a large height difference , which can not only reduce the weight of the moving parts (columns) and improve the response speed of the machine tool, but also offset the backward overturning moment of the machine tool during cutting and improve the machining stability of the machine tool .
